Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact and undamaged.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your items for quality, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
